ESP GPS BIPOC Trainings

This enrichment/advancement program offered by the MSEA Center for Education Policy and Practice will enable education support professionals the opportunity to advance in the field of education. The program will consist of both training and collegiate coursework.  These programs will prepare education support professionals to pursue a career in the public-school setting that is related to teaching and other non-teaching career advanced opportunities.  This program will also focus on creating educational career advancement opportunities for BIPOC education support professionals. There is a disparity of BIPOC support professionals that are provided with education advancement opportunities in their local districts. This appears to be one of the causes of attrition in the local counties.  To remedy this problem, MSEA would like to provide a program that would help with ESP retention and early career advancement
