MSEA CONVENTION WORKSHOPS

Come and join MSEA at our annual Convention Workshops! Every October, in conjunction with the annual MSEA Fall Representative Assembly, MSEA offers our members and the community a wide range of timely, innovative, and practical workshops led by experts in multiple areas of interest. Convention workshops focus on personal and professional concepts and strategies that can be employed immediately, either at work or in your community or home. From learning how to manage stress and finances with NEA Member Benefits, to the newest ideas on student learning, our workshops are led by leaders in the field and are consistently rated as excellent by participants. Don’t miss this free, high-quality professional development opportunity. This year, we are excited to expand to a two-day professional development experience in response to member feedback. The 2025 RFP process has closed. Confirmation notifications will be sent by September 2025 for the 2025 RFP Convention Workshop. If you did not receive your notification, we recommend that you check your spam/junk email.

MSEA CONVENTION WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

2025 MSEA CONVENTION WORKSHOP

The 2025 Convention Workshop will be held at Roland E. Powell Convention Center in Ocean City, Maryland on Friday October 17, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:55 p.m. and on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

The first workshop starts at 9:30 a.m. Please allow time to sign-in and get your badge. To receive a MSEA Certificate of Attendance, participants must arrive into the workshop within the first five minutes of the presentation, stay for its entirety, and complete the session feedback rating for each workshop attended. For credit, consult with your local certification/staff development/human relations department before attending.
