Every spring, MSEA hosts our annual IPD Conference. The IPD Committee, led by member experts, develops strands of workshops designed to meet the professional needs of MSEA members. From keeping up with the demands of an increasingly challenging education environment to meeting the needs of a diverse range of students, the IPD Conference will prepare members to deliver the best possible outcomes for students. Participants will come away with strategies that can be employed right away. Join us for MSEA’s Annual IPD Conference scheduled on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 9:00 to 4:30 p.m.; doors open at 8:15 a.m. Registration opens January 2024. The first 25 attendees who register will receive a door prize, invite a colleague to join you. There will be door prizes and a raffle for one IPEVO for attendees on site.

Request for Proposals

The 2024 RFP process has closed. The 2025 proposal window opens in late fall. Confirmation notifications will be sent by the end of February.  Additional information about the RFP process and theme will be shared by the IPD Committee in the late fall. RFP Submission Process Guidance

Are you considering submitting a proposal for the 2024 IPD Conference? The process is seamless. Below are some helpful tips to develop your proposal:

  • Read the Proposal Instructions
  • Tie your proposal to the Conference Theme and Strands to be announced within open RFP process
  • Read the NEA Leadership Competency Guide
  • Submit a Proposal Submission Form
  • If accepted, electronically confirm agreement as a presenter and register using presenter link
