Evan West served as a secondary English teacher for 15 years. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in education from Frostburg State University and his master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from McDaniel College. He is also certified in AP literature and composition. Prior to coming on board as an organizational development specialist, he served as a UniServ Director and as a past local leader. In the Center for Education Policy and Practice, he is the point of contact for MSEA convention workshops, MSEA Instruction and Professional Development (IPD), and local IPD offerings.
