Every spring, MSEA hosts our annual MSEA ESP Professional Development Conference. The ESP Organizing Committee presents this conference to meet the needs of our ESP members and locals. Trainings usually include topics such as ESP organizing and bargaining strategies, ESP employment rights, and developing ESP job related skills.
