Our trainings offer members the opportunity to advance their careers and goals as educators and as activists. More information is also available on the MSEA website.
Course Description:
MSEA Center for Professional Learning invites members to attend a two-day workshop for National Board candidates.
Please note: Friday and Saturday’s sessions will be live and in person/overnight.
This seminar helps focus participants working on the certification process and requirements while using tools and resources provided to support them.
Candidates will examine the requirements for
- Component 2: Differentiation in Instruction and
- Component 4: Effective and Reflective Practitioner.
Candidates will also review standards and discover the three types of writing.
During the general session, a brief overview of Components 1 and 3 will be shared. There will be ample opportunity to collaborate and gather the information needed to pursue certification. We are also Hosting MOC support on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Registration closes on September 16, 2024, at 12:00 p.m.
NOTE: These are repeats of the sessions offered in July 2024; you may attend the September sessions that apply, understanding that the content is the same.
